The Challenge
Major institutional campaigns often face the same difficulty: reaching large and diverse audiences effectively, across geographies, languages, and platforms. Traditional methods alone are not enough — visibility must be built and sustained online where people engage daily.
The mission required creating a unified digital strategy that could: • Ensure visibility for institutional messages on multiple platforms. • Reach millions of impressions within a defined time frame. • Balance international standards with local relevance. • Track and optimize performance in real time.

The Solution
In partnership with Ginger SOFRECO, Zouhall managed the digital media buying and execution of the campaign across major platforms (Meta, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).
Our role was twofold: 1. Digital Foundation — Setting up ad accounts and technical frameworks to ensure transparent reporting and compliance with international standards. 2. Execution & Optimization — Running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, monitoring KPIs daily, and adjusting strategies to maximize impact.

The Process
The campaign was executed in close coordination with Ginger SOFRECO, moving from preparation to activation with continuous optimization to ensure the highest impact within the defined timeframe.
• Planning & Setup: Definition of objectives, audiences, and digital framework; ad account setup; compliance with institutional guidelines. • Activation: Launch of paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. • Monitoring & Optimization: Daily tracking of KPIs, budget adjustments, and audience refinements to maximize performance. • Reporting: Transparent delivery of results and insights aligned with international standards.
